Mr. Nguyen Van Muoi named Deputy Secretary of Dong Thap Party Committee

(DTO) On the morning of April 14, the Dong Thap Provincial Party Committee held a conference to announce the Secretariat's Decision regarding personnel affairs.

The conference was attended by Mr. Ngo Chi Cuong, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People’s Council; Mr. Phan Van Thang, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee; Ms. Chau Thi My Phuong, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Head of the 16th National Assembly Delegation of Dong Thap; Mr. Pham Thanh Ngai, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee; and members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee

At the conference, Mr. Phan Van Thang announced the Secretariat's Decision. Accordingly, the Secretariat decided to approve Mr. Nguyen Van Muoi—Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and Head of the Organizing Commission of the Dong Thap Provincial Party Committee—to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Dong Thap Provincial Party Committee for the 2025–2030 term.

In his keynote speech, Provincial Party Secretary Ngo Chi Cuong congratulated Mr. Nguyen Van Muoi on being trusted with the new assignment. He emphasized that Mr. Nguyen Van Muoi is an exemplary and typical official who consistently demonstrates a spirit of determination and decisiveness in performing assigned tasks. The Provincial Party Secretary expressed his expectation that in his new position, Mr. Nguyen Van Muoi will continue to promote his capacity and virtues, maintain his role as the nucleus of solidarity, and work with the provincial leadership to effectively orient and implement the set goals and tasks.

Accepting the assignment, Mr. Nguyen Van Muoi expressed his profound gratitude for the trust of the Secretariat and the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee. He affirmed that he would always maintain firm political mettle, remain absolutely loyal to the Party, the State, and the People, and continuously strive to complete all assigned tasks to the best of his ability. He also emphasized that he would work with the Standing Board and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee to preserve solidarity and unity, leading the successful implementation of the objectives set by the National Party Congress and the Provincial Party Congress.
