Provincial Chairman Pham Thanh Ngai pays Tet visits to local units

(DTO) On the afternoon of February 9, Mr. Pham Thanh Ngai-Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Dong Thap Provincial People’s Committee-led a delegation to visit and extend Tet greetings to the State Audit Office of Region IX, Tien Giang General Hospital, and My Tho Urban Works One Member Limited Liability Company (Co., Ltd.).

At the State Audit Office of Region IX, Chairman Pham Thanh Ngai expressed his sincere thanks and highly appreciated the unit’s attention, support, and effective coordination with Dong Thap Province over the past time. Through audit activities as well as policy recommendations and consultancy—especially in the field of finance and budgeting—the State Audit Office of Region IX has made important contributions to helping the province enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of state management and ensure increasingly strict and effective use of financial resources.

Chairman Pham Thanh Ngai expressed his hope that in the coming time, Dong Thap Province would continue to receive the unit’s attention, sharing, and close coordination in improving the effectiveness of financial and budget management and promoting the efficiency of public investment capital. On this occasion, he wished the State Audit Office of Region IX outstanding success in fulfilling its tasks in 2026.

At Tien Giang General Hospital, Chairman Pham Thanh Ngai listened to a report on the hospital’s operations, acknowledged, and commended the efforts of doctors, nurses, and medical staff in caring for and protecting people’s health, especially during the Lunar New Year.

He requested the hospital to continue renewing its management practices, improving the quality of medical examination and treatment to better meet the growing healthcare needs of the people; at the same time, to pay attention to visiting and encouraging patients who must remain hospitalized during Tet, helping them feel reassured in their treatment and recover soon.

He extended his best New Year wishes to the hospital’s leadership, doctors, nurses, and medical staff, and expressed his appreciation for the unit’s contributions to public healthcare, particularly for the people of Dong Thap Province in recent times.

At My Tho Urban Works One Member Limited Liability Company, Chairman Pham Thanh Ngai visited and encouraged environmental sanitation workers—those who quietly work day and night to help make the living environment greener, cleaner, and more beautiful, contributing to a more orderly urban appearance for the city and the province.

He asked the company to pay greater attention to policies and working conditions, and to better care for the material and spiritual well-being of workers; at the same time, to renew management methods and focus on developing business operations.

On the occasion of the New Year, Chairman Pham Thanh Ngai wished all workers good health and prosperity, and encouraged them to continue fulfilling their duties well, joining hands to build Dong Thap Province to become increasingly developed.
